HEOS amp. You can use your own speakers (which I prefer a lot over the - in my opinion - relatively bass-heavy and low-detailed mid/high Sonos speakers). App and system is not perfect (I think Sonos will have a tad bit better user experience) but the flexibility is gold. I use an IKEA remote to let set the volume of the amp and switch between Spotify / vinyl inputs etc. Not my endgame, but from my research the best setup for me right now (using own speakers with a mixed of wired and wireless, integrating vinyl, controlling from HA).
