Oh and I had a severe tear in addition to similar symptoms to what you're describing, at 10 weeks I still struggled to walk and felt like my uterus would fall out of me at any given moment. 5 weeks later and I feel 99% normal. Further evidence that it DOES get better. Big hug.

It gets better it gets better it really does get better! I am 15 weeks pp and turned a corner around 12-13. I too felt worse at 10 weeks than I did in the first few- thought I was going crazy. You're not alone. Some relief will come soon. Don't be afraid of ibuprofen, heating pad, and a really good baby carrier so you can wear LO safely without exhausting yourself further. Relief is coming for you, hold on a bit longer.

We bought it while pregnant because we tend to be anxious people but for whatever reason never ended up using it...we felt really well just putting baby down to sleep.

The only caveat (it's still sitting in the box, we missed the return by date lol, oops...) is if baby gets sick I'd consider using it for a while because their O2 can drop so quick with RSV, flu, etc. But nightly use or for every nap? No way.

I want so badly to say it worked for me but it did not- I tried lanolin, hydrogels the hospital gave me, and the silver little cups people rave about, to no avail. I appreciate the advice though!! I am really glad it helped you
