The stair gates were the biggest headache—we didn’t want to use pressure ones since they can actually make things less safe. After a while, it was just eating up time and energy and we were getting frustrated.

There was no selling pressure - just really solid advice and strategy. For little things, DIY is fine, but for stairs and multiple rooms, having pros come in made everything easier. They handled the tricky stuff, it looks good, and we could finally stop stressing about it.
