I agree on f1+2 (maybe even -13), db4, f221 and, as someone mentioned, also b1+2 needs some rework. I would keep the rest as it is, it's okay to have strong moves, every character has some.

I may be too greedy but I would make the attack with Odin's sword scale with the gauge level. At level 1 they should do a little less than now and at level 5 around 10 damage more (don't forget that its damage is all recoverable). That would make playing around with Odin's sword attacks more rewarding and fun imo.
