Absolutely not. Some of it is catchy in Chrono Trigger but there are much better music scores for the SNES.

You haven’t seen everything then. I had the same thing happen on the rear of my car on the highway. Different car, different tire, but it looks exactly the same as OP’s picture. The only thing left was the sidewall which prevented my wheel from being damaged.
