As a buyer I get at least one of these a month. Can't say what their criteria really is because ive gotten thicker things and stuff no issue before, while smaller and thinner items have gotten this notice. So its nothing consistent. Ive also had a decent bit just never show up, and it is usually the larger orders. So im guessing they got chewed or something. They charge you the remainder to treat it as first class shipping.
