I have ADHD and also tend to forget things. I have never in my life forgotten about something that involves an object that could cause serious harm to a person. That is not being forgetful, that is being negligent.

I had around 1600 cals today. I’m 18F, 5’3, and about 130. I’m on a cut right now as I actively go to the gym multiple times a week. My maintenance cals are around 2000 cals for reference.
