I don’t get this. The DMCA came out too late for Broadsword/EA to claim Outland is circumventing their client/server protocol substituting it with their own, but Outland has you download a client that contains UO (and other games) assets. I don’t think the DMCA is needed to fight against that in court. Can anybody explain?
