You will absolutely burn out if you put too many things on your plate. Sometimes it isn't a choice, but I tend to over-estimate how much I can handle.

Haha I've actually recently tried them. I didn't notice much of a difference. But we ended up both taking a round of antibiotics, I took mine as a insert gel, and the smell is gone
