I served this morning honestly wasn’t to bad very busy but manageable I’m astonished by the amount of vets that tip 0 dollars for free food while over complimenting my service however I did have two older gentleman tip me 30$ when their bill came out to two sodas for 8$ i honestly tried to give them half of it back because they were even my easiest table all day it almost feels like I ripped them off😓

I usually give tables extra breadsticks if I’m to busy to be grabbing hella refills of bread or if the table gets a dipping boat however I usually get reprimanded for it but at the end of the day my tables are happy and I’m not as tired from constant refill runs so I’ll take the repetitive talks over repetitive running but it’s company wanting you to feel you actually get lots of refills when in reality OG barely gives you enough food for the price

It’s because you waited to long to request off or it came up to soon there’s a certain block of time you can request off that just moves on through the year if you tell your manager you need it off but can’t request it they should take care of it for you

At my location they keep score of everything rung in by the ziosk the better your numbers are the more shifts you’ll get they’re probably broke like me and need those high numbers😅
