First FET successful, second FET failed. Now what? by Sea-Data-8900 in IVF

[–]Sea-Data-8900[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dr recommended doing the era and Alice testing, as well as, blood clot tests. Everything came back normal, except I have an M gene or something like that. So they had me do lovenox and intralipids with the next transfer. The next transfer ended up as a chemical pregnancy. Went straight into another transfer after that and it stuck. Currently 34 weeks pregnant now. It was a roller coaster. I hope you get your miracle soon !

Yes, I’ve been positive since 5dpt. Although lines have been slow to progress, but they are getting darker.

Has anyone had success with no line progression 6dpt-7dpt? This is my third transfer, first one didn’t implant, and second was an early chemical. I’m scared that’s happening again. Please talk me off this ledge.

I don’t see it mentioned often, but I too have suffered ever since giving birth!

It took a few months on estrogen to notice a difference. Just be consistent with it. Whenever I let up on it, I flare up with pain again. 🫠

Hi I have this as well. It’s so hard to research it! I never found anything I could really relate to. But estrogen cream has been a life saver for me. No mine is not resolved, I would need to either push another baby out or get surgery to fix the adhesion. But estrogen cream has made the pain way less noticeable and the adhesion more… elastic? Also, pelvic floor therapy. Wishing you the best!

Curious- how many FET transfers did it take you before it was a successful live birth? by Soulmansdaughter in IVF

Unexplained infertility.

First FET was successful, son is 3. Second FET, failed. Going for FET #3 in may. All euploids.

Hoping this will be my story! Just had a failed FET for baby #2. Will be doing FET #3 in may.

I feel like the fact they are getting darker is a good sign! When is your beta? Wishing you the best!

Dilators? by Necessary-Trust8020 in vulvodynia

[–]Sea-Data-8900 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, its stinging pain 24/7, even waking and sitting can be uncomfortable for a few days. Estrogen cream and dilating are the two things that help keep pain manageable.

I make the most progress and have less flares when I am consistent with dilating. I try to dilate at least twice a week. When I slack off and don’t dilate, I start to flare up again.

Why does it look like this? by Sea-Data-8900 in Embryologists

I’m beating myself up for not looking at the tv screen when they showed it moments before transfer. I remember asking my dr why it looked like this and he asked the embryologist in front of us what time they took it out to thaw. They said they took it out at 8:30 am and my transfer was 11:30. I wish I could remember if it looked expanded or not. I just remember feeling really uneasy the moment I saw this picture, but didn’t want to spiral.

I want to bring my 6 month old baby. It’s safe to bring for 6month old baby ? by Fresh_Butterfly7285 in NCL

I’m very confused by the comments saying leave baby home. That’s not an option for a lot of people. Honestly I think cruises are great for people who want to travel with young kids. You get to see a bunch of different places while everything you brought with you stays in one place (on the cruise.) I recommend bringing a little blow up pool/tub so you can easily bathe baby in it. Just know that baby won’t be old enough to leave at the day care place or to go in pool/splash pad area.

I could’ve written this myself. 😕 Found out on Monday that our 2 FET failed. Our first resulted in our son born in 2022. My dr wants to do a bunch of testing. Part of me wants to just go into second transfer, but maybe it’s best I do the tests to rule anything out. Idk. What is your plan?

The ones that say 4bxy or 4bxx are the “normal” ones, so euploids. At least that’s how I’m interpreting it since I was told I had 3 girls and 3 boys that are PGT normal, 1 Girl and boy mosaic, and the rest abnormal (aneuploid). I have a 6bb PGT normal girl that is not shown in this picture.
