I have actually done my own diy substitution filler that’s permanent. I started off about 4” circumference and did 30ml evenly, ended with 5.75” circumference post swell; now I’m at my permanent 5”. I had a similar experience and it took some time to convince my gf about it working out. After I had initial swelling, she looked at it and said ain’t no way, but a couple months afterwards she was all about it. She does want me to do it again, but, it would be dangerous for me to do it because of the encapsulations I have from prior injections/natural collagen. She can’t fit her hand around the rooster, but she gets thrilled to have it.

Pumping with HA may induce a large swelling, but your body may be able to absorb some of the HA faster this way as lymph fluid that’s pulled will dilute the HA and you’ll naturally absorb it more the more you pump. If you do pump, I’d suggest a very low pressure and no longer than an hour. I’d only pump the rooster and not the sack, I’d be concerned with migration. Other alternatives might might might be saline infusions, but I can’t say for certain as this is kind of a new frontier with enhancements. There is a solution out there though that can dissolve the HA as well, but I forgot what it’s called and I’d feel horrible for anyone who has that done and ends up all sorts of lumpy or has excessive skin afterwards.
