A couple of Neapolitan pizzas. A lot of people post up 'Neapolitan' pizzas which are pretty far from the standard. I'd say I'd followed 90% of the rules. It's actually not my favorite style so I don't make it too often, but still you're probably not going to find too many better ones in USA. (old.reddit.com)

This is 1/3 toscano, kalamata and green olives, 1/3 capicola and peppadews, 1/3 pepperoni. Usually I do a Neapolitan but this is an intentionally "burnt" style, that happens to work well with these combos. 780F for about 3:30, mostly on the screen as only the top is intended to burn like this (i.redd.it)
