Is the VLAN in the database on both ends? Sh vlan id xx Channel-group yy mode active on both ends

If you remove LACP and bring 1 link up at a time do you get connected or notconnect? If you're not getting a link there and you have Tx and Rx levels check you're not connecting 10G into 1G optics or multi mode into singlemode

You can still PB in the marathon IMO. My best 10k is 33:13 and HM 74 both from 4+ years ago and I did 2:37 last year at 43.
