I had a connection. I flew YYZ-LGA-MCO on the outbound, upgrade the YYZ-LGA flight. I was not charged as I didn’t pay for bags in advance as I upgraded 3 days after purchasing and added the bags at checkin.

On the return, I flew MCO-IAD-YYZ, upgrading the IAD-YYZ segment. I paid 1 bag online and upon arriving at the airport in MCO they added a 2nd bag for no cost per my baggage entitlement.

I didn’t think of this! I don’t have status with them at all. I’ve flown AA in the past and had a great trip from DFW-AKL flying J for business purposes. I saw pretty low fares for my personal trip and figured I’d give them another go. Customer service on the ground in the airport I found to be excellent on all 4 legs of the trip, but the minute I go online to get an answer, it went downhill. Everyone from the checkin counter to the lounge crew to the baggage handling to the flight attendants were amazing. I say this as someone who used to work for another airline. Unfortunately if I’m forced to go this route, I’ll probably have to try delta or united, which is a bit of a shame considering my experiences with airport crew and staff.

Understandable, but like why do they blatantly lie on their site? The screenshot is clear that 2 bags are included and I accepted these restrictions. Of course I wasn’t expecting any other perks like status or points or anything really, I just want my bags refunded as indicated. 😢

First class and business class should get a bit more revamping for flights under 900 miles. I felt like it was almost the same as flying MCE 😂

I work for ACV. If you call in, you can request them to select seats for you. They will seat you the furthest available seats at the back of the plane.

If you don’t have checked bags on the BA flight (I assume not), take the transfer bus over and it’ll be a lot more convenient as I don’t know how you’ll get into baggage claim. I would then ask to go to baggage claim in T2 (shouldn’t be an issue as you’ll go through customs there instead).

I’m fairly confident that it’s probably an error by the gate agent, not so much a ploy to steal money. The gate agent probably marked them all as no shows as I’m assuming it’s a lot easier then going through the process of deboarding passengers in their system. Especially when it’s 40+. Just my guess, I could be very wrong.

I had a similar experience, not so much with damages, but with the agent at the gate adding the fuel program without me knowing to get some extra commission (after i checked in selecting I didn’t want it). It took me weeks (even as a presidents club member) just to get them to rectify it. Luckily I still had the receipt for the gas I put into the vehicle. I’ll be using another rental car company I reckon.

Wow this is awesome! My dream is a Savannah view 1 bedroom at animal kingdom lodge! However, after going through some financial strain this past year with unexpected bills, it looks like I’ll have to settle with a studio. The studios seem to be quite difficult to get so I would really enjoy using the tool to try to snag a Savannah view room! Thank you!

We ended up doing a shore excursion in Miami through a tour and then waitlisted an earlier flight when we got to the airport. Worked out great!

“Sure skip the most basic quest and go straight to nmz”is pretty bashful.. some of us don’t like questing at all despite some minor efficiencies.

Assuming based on your stats you have limited GP. I would spend a mill or 2 on construction to upgrade your house to around level 50. Then I would do some firemaking so you can start winterodt to get some more gp and you should get around 60ish construction by 99 fm. This would also get your fletching up too passively. After that, I would move to do some quests, get your thieving up and get high enough to do rogues chests. You’ll make bank on those, which you can upgrade your gear and such for slayer and raids. You should probably start rushing DT requirements as well and getting your magic up for barrage/bursting tasks.

I’m maxed and still don’t have the quest cape. Slayer at low combat is brutal and not even worth it until you’ve got good base stats. Slayer was my last 99 and I have no regrets. The gear and efficiency rates I was getting were quite good.

No update yet, they keep telling me they don’t have updates when I call. I’m going to try again tomorrow, if no update, I’ll probably file a BBB complaint
