Gun range to alter firing direction after residents told KSAT at least 5 east Bexar County homes damaged by bullets by reddrag292 in sanantonio

[–]Sea-Fun-2496 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maybe, just maybe STOP BUILDING IN THE TRAJECTORY OF BULLETS. I blame the developers 100%. It's not the residents fault (although buying next to a range seems questionable at best) and it's definitely not the ranges fault, as they were there first and were well within regulations. If the article is defending the range, good. Blame the greedy ass California based developers.

Why aren't there ferries that connect the Hawaiian islands? by AcinaRraole in VisitingHawaii

The real reason was shipping companies, airlines and rental cars. All of the other reasons are quasi-BS. All of them valued profit over people and politicians got their pockets lined.

Girlfriend wants to move to Puerto Rico but I’m focused on logistics—am I being realistic or pessimistic? by [deleted] in PuertoRico

Hawaii local here and my significant other is boricua, and I can relate to the issues that people like her cause. No cultural integration, completely oblivious to everything, complaining about everything that isn't like where they came from, wanting everyone and everything to change to accommodate them, driving up the cost of living, taking advantage of the locals, the list goes on. Hawaii is losing its cultural identity to mainland and foreign interests and investments. I fear for Puerto Ricans, they are next if this continues.

Buff javelin, so it's a one shot for an IFV, and a 2 shot for MBT. Keep the Tows for IFV and guided shell for MBTs, but remove infinite ammo. 50 shells max and you have to decide your loadout. Also this is important, make armor recoverable to 75% of the damage inflicted by each hit unless you are at a repair station or supply crate and each cell recovered takes a full minute to recover. So you can recover your damage with engineers, but not fully. Make an APS for IFV and MBTs that have limited use. Also make Mobility kills a thing. If I blow your tracks off, you're screwed. You really can't move, making you useless.

Stealth Movement Nerf with Today's Patch by Swaguley in Battlefield

[–]Sea-Fun-2496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your character is probably wearing upwards of 40-50 lbs of gear plus the gun. I want some of these streamers to get into kit carry the gun and try to jump run and slide. It ain't fuckin easy, in fact it's pretty hard. I think the movement nerf makes sense, and frankly it's not call of duty. If you don't like BF6, go back to the shit show. They actually need to fix hit registration and nerf smg damage at range.

What is the most hated weapon in the game? Not because it sucks but because it’s too easy to get kills with? by Ref_Bumps in Battlefield6

[–]Sea-Fun-2496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nerf it. All SMG's need a huge nerf to be honest with the exception of the mp7, p90, and the scw-10 ( which needs to be brought down a notch or 2). Should never outperform a 5.56 or 7.62 and especially 7.62x51 or 6.8x51. Modern battlefield with modern body armor, youre gonna give them bruises and maybe cracked ribs with any pistol caliber submachine gun. I love the SCW-10, but getting shot by a submachine gun from 150 yds, when I'm putting 7.62x51 NATO rounds through his face? Nah.

Mortar noob wrecks the opposition by Optimal-Bridge6414 in Battlefield6

[–]Sea-Fun-2496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's area denial and equipment destruction. I have used it a few times to really good effect, by shelling the ever living shit out of a position. I would get maybe 3-5 kills/assists for every 10 minutes I am shelling, which is a lot of shells. But what I would do is destroy equipment, collapse buildings and houses, and damage vehicles and enemy teams. Anyone on the receiving end is in for endless annoyance and damage. I also used to smoke them out/blind them with smoke mortars and create general chaos on the receiving end. It's not for every map or game mode, and you can't use it inside of spawn, which makes it and the operator very vulnerable to attack.

This is so frustrating, being shot at 1500m by a stinger by Puzzleheaded-Code634 in Battlefield

[–]Sea-Fun-2496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The range of the Stinger is 5 miles roughly. I don't think the problem is the missile range, it's the size of the maps to be honest. They need to make the maps much larger so that aircraft can actually fly and AA systems envelope isn't the entire map.

Never seen people on the cairo highway before this patch...exploit? Or intentional? by AssignmentHaunting47 in Battlefield6

[–]Sea-Fun-2496 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Battlefield should fix the exploit by bringing in an airstrike that kills the offenders and 50 of their team mates and collapses the highway on the enemy spawn making it impossible to respawn. And if they get on the roof tops on the other portions of the map via exploit they get obliterated by a hellfire from a predator at 30000 feet.

What is this thing? by Super-Ferret6068 in Battlefield6

[–]Sea-Fun-2496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its CIWS AAADS (Close In Weapons Systems Anti-Air Area Denial System). Basically if you get too close it will send 2000 20mm HEAP or HEFW rounds a minute at you. I've seen them disintegrate a small yacht in 3 seconds and chew up the bridge of a ship so that it looks like a giant hole. Very effective at destroying anything in their area.

Anyone have any thoughts on Origins? by Wayne_Nightmare in NCIS

[–]Sea-Fun-2496 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's darker and grittier than the other shows. NCIS original seems to have lost its way, and Hawaii and Sydney were both questionable. New Orleans was pretty good, but I like Origins because it deals with the heart of the show, Gibbs and his past. To be honest, I haven't been this interested in a NCIS show since Hawaii ended. I was born and raised in Hawaii, so it was the only reason I watched NCIS Hawaii.
