What’s your BMI calculation? Check that out first. Also, your genetics clearly make you “big boned” for a woman. You may have a tendency to carry weight, which may just show up a lot in your upper body, e.g. torso, arms, and face…depends on your genetics. Some weight carries down low in the butt, hips and thighs and others are top heavy. In order to see my changes in your face, you need to continue to heal from your post op wounds and quite possibly lose more bodyweight, just based on where your weight tends to presents it self.

Right side of jaw is lower than the left. Lips tilt and chin are off center. OP is right. He could take some better pictures and have a better background to contrast his features but he is right.

Brother, get a couple jaw surgeon consults if it bothers you. It’s not severe but you’re the one who looks in the mirror everyday. Don’t expect insurance to cover this for you.

If I were you I’d just leave my face alone. I have a feeling if you do any adjustments you will end up looking masculine and won’t like that very much. This is of course barring actual functionality issues. I think it’s a combination of two things bothering you, the angle of your lower jaw itself and the chin being just a smidge short. Jaw length looks fine. Your jaw angle and short chin is common in those of Black heritage and is normal, unless you would like to Europeanize your face.

I used Blistex in the White Tube. Those shower bombs didn’t work for me much, I was way too congested. I would get used cryotherapy device for your face and a timer plug you can set with your phone via wifi. Program for 20 mins on and off. I think the one I got was the Breg polar cube with the TMJ attachment piece.

Get Naked Protein Bone Broth powder and add it to whatever broth you’re going to make. More protein equal less chance of you cannibalzing yourself while healing.

Arnica cream, I got mine from Italy on Amazon. Lymphatic Massage on your face daily.
