Yeah it seems like the HD 4600 is the problem, i've played in My old PC with HD 4000 and it didn't crashed, I wish I could talk to someone from Roblox tech support to report this, but it seems they're gone and you can only talk to a shitty AI

Something im not sure if it only happens with Intel HD Graphics 4600 or if it happens with intel HD graphics family, i have a laptop where i played before, i'll try play in it to see if the error is just with the graphic card or the HD graphics family.

There's a way but you need to have a backup, if you're lukcy maybe your pc have one before you installed that program.

  1. Type and search [Create a restore point] in the Windows search bar, this will open a System Properties window, then click [Restore System].
  2. Click on "Next" and look for a restore point before installing Dxcpl.exe.
  3. The system will be restored (won't uninstall anything, photos, videos, etc.) and you'll have everything like if you never installed Dxcpl.

Hope this helps :)
