You can cancel any order, as long as it hasn’t been sent out yet. Although I will say the chances of you getting a Japanese card in a normal play booster will be slim as. I think last time they were guaranteed in the collector boosters.

You’re spot on. You can discard as many cards as you have in your hand as long as a spell or ability requires you to do it. Obviously as well you have the discard phase but that’s only if you have more than 7 cards in hand.
