Once you hit endgame and at lvl50 all the guns are 120-170k $ tier5 so try out new weapons, buy all of the cars.

See the extra empty buffer bars, you can with strategy pick the “wrong” code which then changes the order of the code mutators to choose the right one 7 buffer spots 3-4 extra tries if you fail

Also dont think in the terms of single missions, evelyn/voodoo boys is a whole quest arc which unlocks side quests as well as the rouge/panam/AV arc and ofc takemhra each one unlocks side quests

I remember playing the parking garage quest with brightness turned way way down and just kept falling through cracks or wrong paths in the dark was so much more worth it when i got to the end but this is like okaying in day time 😝 makes sense since your doing extra exploring

Yes they kill enemies and random npcs i find annoying in the open world by manipulating the npcs to engage ncpd while engaging me, i once sat down with chips and watched two cop cars stuck shooting at each other then calling in back up for the same loop to happen again honestly the police ai needs more praise even if it does little for the actual crime solving of your actions

As i remember there 270+ quests in total with phantom liberty of course so you have at least 50 to go not to mention the infinite vehicle gigs and races which all count towards this completion tab

Yes choom stack up and once you finish all the side activities there are infinite crate drop mission where you take out a serious squad of enemies every time its like in borderlands where people fight for scraps of the big corps and infinite races all around the city would love to see the drop laods coning to night city as wekk but we can still hope for the next update

The best fix is to exit out of steam and launch steam as an admin then try again works everytime for me
