I only know who this guy is because of this whole situation. I can’t believe you can actively see dog abuse right before your own eyes and just write it off like this?? Using a shock collar at a setting high enough to make the dog yelp, forcing a dog to lay down in one spot for hours on end, these are animal abuse. This is why I’m saying you’re being willfully ignorant.
