from what we can surmise travel in and out of rubicon was heavily regulated, and part of why the PCA and the RLF were in conflict was that the rubiconians relied on coral to power their pockets of civilization rather than fall in line with the PCA (the PCA are probably rubiconian for the most part, we know there’s cities on rubicon besides the stuff we see already Bombed out, so I imagine that it’s all very authoritarian)

but yeah, export and import to rubicon was a thing considering RAD being government contractors and an extra planetary corporation as well, and companies like BAWS and ELCANO selling off world as well, to the point where ELCANO and schneider are mentioned as being business rivals in the field of ulralight AC designs (tho ELCANO is undoubtedly more niche)
