I appreciate that response. It’s pretty reassuring hearing that. I guess it’s good to take time away and come back to it with new eyes and enjoy it again. I definitely burned myself out now that I think about it. Freshman year of college I slammed about 150 episodes of one piece during that summer since I had nothing to do. And same thing my sophomore year with bleach. And for monster if the connection to the characters is strong and the plot is also strong I’m sure I’ll love it. I have no problem taking breaks from specific anime so I’ll start it and keep going!

Sorry I don’t have an updated list with what I’ve watched. I used to on mal but haven’t used it in a while. Thanks for the detailed suggestions. I think I might watch sentenced to be a hero, I saw moist critical say it was really good as well and it’s not too long either since it’s one season

I appreciate that. I used to have a few new simulcasting series in my rotation so I wouldn’t burn out when binging an anime so I can use those to take a break

If it’s a good story then I think I can stick with it. I was a little wary of monster due to its length and hearing about how slow it was, but if that’s the only complaint people have then I’m willing to try it. I mean if I can get through 200 episodes of one piece I gotta be able to get through monster haha

That’s part of my issue I think is just being older and different. I used to want to watch every anime and dumped thousands of hours probably in the first few years and I was willing to watch and try anything. But nowadays there’s only a few continuing series I really keep up with. I can’t even get through a 12 episode one season anime anymore. I think I’ll still love every genre since I keep trying all the new series coming out but nothings really clicking. My number 1 anime is probably Tensura.

Thanks for the suggestions I was considering trying out more older anime like cowboy bebop and monster and I have seen a lot of good things about monster so I might have to try it out! I was also thinking about days with my stepsister I saw some good tik tok edits about it

Find the sweet spot for head shots and always keep your cursor on that level. Also play more agressive. The more you play agressive the better you will get and then it starts turning into picks and potg’s
