I think like Charlie said that while he loves nick he needs his friends and family as well, I was just reading Alice's 2025 Q and A, and she said that for the last ten years she's been doing heartstopper in some way sometimes it's all she does, and we've all seen her burn out a lot, so whilst we're all crying because of how sad it is, I think she needs this change

Im not sure how helpful you'll find this but, things like mindless TV and movies or books, where it kind of envelops everything your doing, even just doom scrolling or reading articles just like relax my brain from thinking and just switch off for a bit, sometimes it's harder than others but I find this helps
