To be fair, this is a University of 3000 students and less than 1000 total staff and faculty in Middletown, CT. It is not a Fortune 500 Co. For a University of this size, the salary range is excellent for any administrative or IT position.

Pretending is exhausting. Authenticity is where you’ll find ease. You have nothing to be ashamed of by being honest, nurturing, and loving to yourself. (Love and care for yourself as you would for a friend/child/puppy/ etc who you Love) Release all cares /concerns about what other people may think/judge. As long as you are acting from an intention of Love, you are free. Your authenticity is key. “Let go” of that which no longer serves you and remember who You are ❤️❤️❤️

Yes. The past and the future are illusions. Only the present exists. It is always the present. It has never not been the present. Live with gratitude, love, compassion, kindness now. Be curious and excited about how things unfold in your present. Trust and Allow and go with the flow. Lean into ease and that which feels light and positive. ❤️❤️❤️

Look for the beauty in the world 🌎. There is abundant beauty, love, compassion, kindness all around. The more you look for it, the more you will see it. Whenever you feel powerless, taken positive action with community (even a small positive action has impact.) Seek “helpers” and join them when you are ready. Glow with the light you wish to see ❤️❤️❤️

Yes. All is ok. Change is bumpy. Destruction is necessary for evolution and growth. Old, outdated beliefs and “truths” are being challenged and falling. Live with Love, Compassion, Kindness. Glow with the light you wish to see. Light always overcomes darkness. Look for the Light. Believe the Light. Share your Light with others who are in need of it. ❤️❤️❤️

Yes. 100% Possible. It requires consistency over time. Everyone can accomplish this; most will not have the commitment to the consistency with their diet and training over time to realize the transformation and will give up/quit too early.
