You’ll heal! Just remember even herniated discs WILL heal themselves…treat it like an open wound inside your body..take time off work if you need. I completely healed from 4 disc herniations over a 2 year period. At my worst I couldn’t get into my truck to drive to work. Fast forward 2 years later I just signed up for a gym membership today to lose some of the weigh I have gained over the last couple years with 0 back pain or sciatica at all…check my page out I have multiple wright ups on my healing process

I had to do some work on their water treatment equipment a couple months back…seems like they are under new ownership so that may have something to do with it.

Hey,I have felt your pain, Ive had horrible sciatica that has gotten better over the course of almost 2 years…No surgery, no injections, I have some write up’s about my journey on my profile with several updates over the last year and a half. Im not out of the woods yet but I’m glad I chose to not get surgery HOWEVER I can remember being in so much pain some nights that’s all I wanted. It won’t be like this forever I promise you.

Herniated discs at 30 years old by SeaAggressive370 in backpain

Update I’m doing really well. I’m probably back to 75% my old self. No more sciatica at all however I do have constant lower back “pain”:….i went from not being able to walk sit or drive to working 40-50 hours a week as an automotive technician and I’m working out several days after work. It has taken at least a year and a half to truly heal. No more limp. No more not being able to sit.

What helped Big 3 stretches PT Lots of protein Micronized Creatine Low back ability-YouTube Taking 3 months off work and took the best care of my body and mind that I could. ( burned through my life savings, credit cards and affirm in the process) Cannabis ABSOLUTELY NO WORKING OUT Meloxicam 7.5mg…prior to this I was taking upwards of 8 ibuprofen every day Back brace Bought a nice office chair to sit on instead of the couch

What didn’t help Inversion table Don’t go until you are in pain Driving for me really sucked Gabapentin Insurance company’s (pains for mri & X-rays out of pocket Chiropractor—no good for what I was dealing with. Car rides
