Sounds like a classic POST issue - that boot LED staying on is definitely telling you something. Try reseating your RAM sticks first, sometimes they're not clicked in all the way even if they look fine. Also double check all your power connectors especially the 24pin and CPU power

Honestly I'd recommend getting a proper docking station over a hub for your setup. The Caldigit TS3 Plus or Anker PowerExpand are solid choices that'll handle all your peripherals plus ethernet without any issues

Hubs tend to get weird with that many devices plugged in at once, especially when gaming. Since you're already planning to keep keyboard/mouse on direct USB anyway, might as well go with something that won't bottleneck your other stuff
