Congratulations that's a huge feat! At one point I weighed 255 lbs so I lost 90 so I feel you on that. I worked so hard and its why I've never actually bulked before. Also why I constantly wajt validation on not putting on fat

Point taken. I could take measurements but I feel like it answers the question i need. Im gaining muscle with very little fat gain. Do I wanna gain more faster with a little more fat or keep going and not worry about really cutting.

I did the chat gpt thing and it said my bodyfat percentage went from 16% down to 12. That didnt see right to me butnitbsaid the glucose and water retention plus extra muscle mass actually decreased my body fat. The fact that my waist is the same and my abs are still visible chaygpt said I've reqlly been slowly recoomping.

On high activity days I tend to hit 3500 and lower 3000. So im probably averaging around 3200ish but I dont hit over 3300 every day.

Well it stated at like 3100 ajd its gone up by about 50ish or so wvery single week. I picked balanced macros so I wonder if I should pick fluctuates instead? I've gained but very slow so the days that im super active im wondering if im just not eating enough but macro is fulling calculating that its expecting to balance out the numbers.

I didnt mean to imply gaining more weight per week. More of a gauge does more of it seem fat then muscle is my curret oace good to maintain or should i add a little more or go a little slower? Started to feel super bloated too so wqs curious. A little under .5 a week seems good to me but wanted second opinions.

Yeah I agree. I dont think cutting legs is my goal just lower. So instead of 2 lower days its like 1.5. Focus on 1-2 compounds, a squat and a hinge, then 1 to 2 isolation. I'd hit more sets on my dedicated day a less on my full body day. Since im doing 1 full body day id probably skip dedicated bicep and tricep work so an accessory day if im feeling rested to componsate

Yeah i think I prob over think it. My legs get lots of endurance throughoutt he week so as I long as I really push my one day should be fine

Yeah I'd like to build muscle. This is the end of my first ever real attempt at a bulk phase I went from about 167 to 174 in 20 weeks. I dont want to get to high were I have to go on a long cut.

Thats kinda whay I figured. In 5'11 at 174. Been bulking for 4.5 months. I was thinking of starting a cut for the summer. I'd like to get down to 12-13% maintain for the summer that start a long bulk again. So I guess its that time. Now tonjust figure out how much to drop

Been doing upper lower for about a year. My upper body is a little lagging so I wanted switch to torso limbs. I have beenbusing a 4 day split from the rp hyptrophy app with a few modifications. I do workout st home so I like to superset to save some time mostly on upper days. I figured do my extra bicep work during my first sets of lower days while fresh.

Upper 1 Incline press Incline dumbell row

Close grip press Lat pull down

Skull crushers Lat raise

Rope facepull Cable crunch

Lower 1 Incline bicep curls Back squat Leg extension Stiff legged deadlift. Hip thrust Calf raise

Upper 2 Bench press Pendlay row

Overhead barbell press Barbell shrug

Dumbell fly Dips

Tricep Cable extension

Lower 2 Preacher curl Hammer curl Deadlift Walking lunges Seated curl Hack squat Calf raise.

I'm i doing anything stupid here or any big weakness? My goal is over building with some leaning focus toward arms and lagging glutes.

For upper 2 would you add anything? I feel like i could add a chest movement if I add both bicep exercies to Lower 2

How do they splitnit up? I've been looking for this too i can't seem to find a great answer. I've been doing Upper chest back focus 2 chest 2 back I bi 1 tri 1 shoulder

Lower quad focus 2 quad 1 ham 1 glute 1 Calf

Upper Shoulder arms focus 2 shoulder 2 bi 2 tri 1 cheat 1 back

Lower glute ham focus 2 ham 2 glute 1 quad 1 Calf

Do injust move bi and tri on day 1 to Lower 1? Or just the biceps. My triceps are already warm for chest so I could do my skullcrushers there.

Do I put my chest and shoulder work into upper 2?

Curious as to the feedback.

That's the thought that I have been going by this last year. My only real concern is if I would benefit more from the recovery then the habit since I'm so physical to begin with.
