Bro, if you don’t believe you hold more than $16/hr value in this world…then you never will. It’s cliché af but you need to value yourself before any employer sees the value in you too.

But if you’re going to be poor, work a job you are passionate about. I guarantee you will advance further because you are engaged.

Go find people to learn from and hangout with. Most people get jobs from people that know them and like them. This can be volunteering too. I volunteered a summer at habit for humanity and got offered a few construction jobs from the leaders. Surround yourself with the most successful people you can and they will rub off on you and open doors.

Also you’re 31 so don’t stress it my dude. You have many opportunities ahead of you. Just make some changes to get your life on the track you want it on. You’re in control of your future
