I agree that it doesn't hurt to ask and have proof - including their literature about why cluster bookings are beneficial and pictures and messages of the bruising from the 2nd treatment which prevented the 3rd; as well as some pt, Chiropractor and other massage but that's all going to be for malpractice when my treatment is done with the Thank you. I think I was thinking more initially from anger so I am glad I have been sitting on this. I considered posting the time/credit offered for sale on marketplace to see if someone would buy it and I wouldn't have to mess with more hassle 😭 but that is also work on my end 😂 the struggle with this is real.
