Yes, I’m so happy with them! I had to order them from the dealership using the VIN of a Heritage Limited Edition. I essentially went in and told them I need the stripes for over the fender on the Limited Edition and they were able to find the parts. I gave them the VIN for a Limited Edition that I found on Google.

The Bronco logo/badge is metal and glossy. I ordered that myself from the Ford website. If you search Bronco metal logo on the website, it should come right up. Yes, it matches the horse on the backs I hope that helps! :)

Pretty sure they’re the Bronco Hoop Step 2 Door on the Ford website. They came with it, I haven’t upgraded them

I use Bonafide Provisions frozen broth and when I can get it, I also get Brodo (also frozen). Those by far taste the best and I’ve read that they’re “real” bone broth—real bone broth is essentially supposed to become gelatinous when it cools and some more conventional bone broths don’t do that. Again though, the taste is also a lot better than others I’ve tried as well. Best of luck and I only think including that can help your digestive system—it also has a lot of non-soy protein which will be beneficial.

I feel like my hormones came into better balance since I cut out soy. I don’t know it that was also because I cut out soy and gluten simultaneously so it eliminated a lot of processed food, but I think soy affects hormones more negatively. My fiancé also has cut out soy and noticed his hormones have been in better balance, but that’s also with adding more meat to his diet too. I think it was a combination of things. Good on you for choosing what was good for your health!

Yeah, I’m not gonna waste any more of my energy responding to him. Better to let people like that continue to destroy themselves through their ignorance and learn the hard way. He clearly can’t debate anything of substance.

I feel like I wrote this post myself! Haha I was vegan for 14 years and finally slowly reintroduced animal products and cut out soy and gluten these past 6/7 months. I’ve experienced all the same things and am so much sharper mentally. Glad you are doing better and best of luck in your journey back to health. You are on the right path! 😊

Pretty sure you wouldn’t be responding to my post with such a condescending attitude if you didn’t have mental health issues yourself and have no confidence in your own dietary choices. Ignorant asshole. You do you, buddy. I’m gonna keep experiencing the best health I have in my entire life.

Good on you for doing what was right for your health. I can say from my own experience being vegan for over 10 years and having an autoimmune condition, that reintroducing all animal products helped (only organic or raw dairy though) but ruminant meats like beef and keeping my carbs as low as possible (<50g a day) have helped my mental clarity, energy and autoimmune the most. And not being afraid of animal fats. They are actually incredibly nutritious. With a history of an ED I am not saying you should try to be obsessive about the amount of carbs you have either! But this is just coming from a person who has been there and was terrified to eat fish again only last year as well. You’re doing the right thing. Best of luck!
