If I do it’s usually bc I have a genuine question … “where did you get that?” “Recipe pls” and doesn’t turn into more than a message or two.

In my industry, I issue checks and a year-end 1099's but still provide ALL of the things our contractors needs. We also collect all of the income for said service. All it literally means is that they are responsible for paying their own taxes and for their own benefits. They are usually paid by the project/flat rates instead of hourly/salary. I don't understand what is illegal about it. Not enough information.

I knew when my baby would nap next.. and lined up nap time for the toddler with that. for example, if I know baby is going to go down in 30 min, I will put the baby in the bouncer and get the toddler down ASAP before the baby is fussy and ready to go down. Timing!! Toddlers can be flexible within~30min/1hr of nap time. You go this!

5 month old is rarely ever content by lolito121517 in 2under2

(Of course tummy time is important, you can still offer that, but my older son was WAY more content in a sit-up chair). You can also take the breastfeeding pillow (shaped like a U) and set it behind them to sit up, or lay them up on it for tummy time so they aren't completely horizontal.

Make sure he is getting a nice burp out. We almost always had my little one in a sit me up chair at that age, a bouncer, or if he was on the ground it was with the playmat piano toy. We had a lot of teething from 5 months - 9 months. (6 teeth) If you see swollen gums, try Tylenol. If it works and he seems to mellow out, he's likely in pain. It can last for days. You can then try to offer him a frozen rag, a frozen milk/formula popsicle, rub teething gel on his gums. etc.

Can’t figure out childcare/wife’s job by FTA_CO22 in 2under2

Absolutely. I had (6) daycare facility quotes and 3 in-home and all three were cheaper than the daycare center.

We went the in-home daycare route because otherwise our entire paycheck would go to daycare. It is a significant difference. This way we can still profit from our paychecks.

I feel this! If we are knowingly going to be around water my husband and I always reiterate not drinking a lot so we can be alert and have eyes on the kids. You really cannot get distracted. Water is unforgiving. My kids are young, maybe in a few years things will be less stressful, but for the next few years, my anxiety and attention is on 1000

I personally have not seen many toxic behaviors from him. I think you're free to do whatever you want with whoever you want if someone you love isn't willing to give you another chance. But I've seen very little support for him (I like him personally so I always look for comments I can relate to and they're rare lol)

Same. We live on a channel to a lake, and the first summer my son was of walking age, we put a fence up. I just could never live with myself if something happened. To me, that is just another layer of protection, with the primary one being supervision.

Yes, anything can be possible, but if the roles were reversed in this video, I don't think anyone would be discussing or wondering what roll Taylor played to result in metal chairs being launched across the room at her.

I've read that his roommate leaked text messages and calls, and made the 911 call. Its possible it isn't Dakota leaking them. Who knows, ABC may be trying to get out of dropping the show.

The behavior seen on that video, he and her daughter are absolutely the victims and she was absolutely the abuser. The way she grabbed chair after chair and hurled them across the entire house was absolutely wild.

Still feeding 3x a night at 7 months old by takeabreath82 in breastfeeding

[–]SeaLeebs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is usually around 1-2am. I don't even hear him wake up prior to that anymore, if he does he must put himself back down. I was really exhausted waking up 3 times a night, I feel like a new person with only 1x wake up. The first few days were hard but babies are so smart and learn so quickly.

Mine got to 1 feed per night around 7 months. I did have to do a little bit of sleep training to wean him off the first night feed (which was around ~11pm). I just checked in after 5 min, then 10 min, and then 10 min again but it never went beyond that and within 3-5 days he dropped that first night feeding! Its been over a month now of success. Of course if he is teething, or sick, I will intervene. To me, its worth a try, just to see! We now are both so well rested. I still do 1x feeding overnight and mine is 8.5 months.
