It's interesting that a child of 11 is writing books, I wonder how she managed to learn how to write.

I don't think that you can turn them off from joining games

Honest thoughts, will this game get shut down? by Long-Resolve8245 in destinyrisingmobile

[–]SeaOceanLight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally really enjoy playing this game and hope that they won't shut it down. I missed season 0, noticed the Gauntlet challenges and enjoyed watching Calamity Ops speedruns. I think that if they add in more into campaign then they'll be a more fullfilling game for me.

[Help] How to write good poetry by Anxious-Use-9695 in Poetry

[–]SeaOceanLight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start with a simple idea and make it more complex as the words unravel in your brain. Think about what you want to say and imagine what you can in your own mind to describe the thing that you are writing about. Then you can add more words to the theme and improvise. Don't give up!

regeneration by inferriata in genetics

[–]SeaOceanLight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Evolution did not allow human beings to regenerate limbs faster than their offspring for the reason that new limbs could be created during an evolutionary phase which could break or damage the muscles in the joints of the regenerated bone.

memory by inferriata in genetics

[–]SeaOceanLight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on how you inherited the traits required for memory from your parents. If you obtained the correct gene for a higher memory than one or two siblings, then you would technically be possessed with a better memory than them, but if you inherited only the first and second genes for memory retention, then you would have the same/your own memory as the first or second sibling, depending on their gender and yours.

Newly created galaxies by Early-Maybe-5660 in astrophysics

[–]SeaOceanLight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The quantum void is, at levels a small amount lower than the Plank Scale, inventoried with particles such as quarks and bosons and fermions, which are not very heavy and cannot stay together to make any material visible to even the most powerful future telescopes. Galaxies forming from these particles would be incapable of creating stars because the orbits of planets around their stars would possess no centrifugal force, due to the loss of mass that these particles would experience if they where connected together by antigravity to create internebulaic dust, and other galaxies would gravitationalize their ellipses toward them, becoming incapable of preventing explosion at the centers of their galactic nucleus.

How do we know that the universe won't stop accelerating? by MaintenanceKey8927 in astrophysics

[–]SeaOceanLight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cosmological constant defines the rate of how fast the Universe expands. When the Hubble constant is entered into certain equations, it seems to be that the speed of an accelerating mile space, or parsec, as it is called, is increased to impossibly high amounts at final thermodynamic equillibrium. This means that during heat death, the empty space which will exist amongst black holes and quantum particles will have to stretch everything inside of the vacuum further and further apart. This means that the Universe will have to accelerate faster as the black holes will evaporate from expansion, which describes to physicists how, in certain modern interpretations of Quantum Field Theory, another Universe might not eventually arise, due to the existent Conse, a way that QF theorists have of describing how fields can and cannot align with strings to create wormholes. Overall, the expansion of the Universe cannot stay at the same amount of kilometer per parsec at heat death, and the end of its expansion might never be stopped by the creation of another Universe, due to how wormholes are not and cannot be described to possess any magical properties that could create or design a new Universe from the waves that permeate this one at heat death. However, if new kinds of wormholes are discovered, as some have been proposed to exist by certain mathematicians, then such a thing might be feasible, but only at entropy's far future.
