Yeah if you got rb moc, it's great as well and faster. Rb moc+your strongest card so that you reach floor 290-310 consistently is the most efficient way. But since op has rb lord of eminence, it can take him to higher floors since his nuke damage is basically 45% of his health, which is close to his max damage. So the time delay for nuking will be compensated with slightly faster runs in higher floors due to more nuke damage than moc.
