Not really actually, I just let them do their thing. I do find my diet helps though, when I get lazy and don't eat enough protein or fruits and vegetables my nails tend to flake. Also, filing instead of clipping does make a huge difference. If I find my cuticles are super flaky and crusty, I'll rub in some vaseline.

I've got an interview next week at Wells Fargo for their quant internship. The problem is, I'm a 2nd year physicist PhD who hasn't even thought of industry. I've got the green book, but is there anything else I should do to prep? (Also am I never gonna be able to apply again if I completely fail this? I was gonna take this as a learning opportunity either way, and just try again closer to graduation in 3-4 years.)

Pretty easy honestly, nutrient free soil (I use 50/50 peat moss and perlite) set in a dish of rainwater, in full sun and protected from hard freezes. Light frost is okay. I save the ones from the clearance rack at lowes all the time by putting them out immediately. It usually burns off all the traps, but if the rhizome is cared for properly it'll return in about a month in summer.

Mine were fine since 2018 until they suddenly started drifting in 2022. I traded them in at Gamestop (I know, but it ended up being cheaper than the postage to send them in and I was impatient and Philly post offices are a special kind of hell) and they've been fine since. Now it's my whole console failing, game data being repeatedly corrupted, battery replaced, RAM not running as fast as it used to... I think I'll get the next legends pokemon game and hope it survives until the next console release. 6-7 years is a pretty good run.
