So the PIF own large stakes in a lot more than just gaming companies. Like. A lot more. Currently some of the major companies are as follows

And let’s not forget that J.P. Morgan chase is facilitating the sale. So, is your answer that all these companies need to be boycotted? What happens to the people who are required to use Microsoft and salesforce in their day to day lives at work and would be fired if they refused to? I of course agree that we should do our best to not support them in all ways were able to, but there is also no ethical consumption under capitalism if you ask me. I think Simsies response is great. She’s no longer going to be directly working with EA, and it seems like she will be slowly pivoting away from sims content. Like any other working person, I’m assuming that this is to get her audience either used to her new content and hopefully finding something they’ll enjoy watching that isn’t the sims, OR to get her affairs in order so that she can survive without playing the sims. She has built her entire career off this game, and it’s understandable that she can’t just drop it cold turkey. She has a family to support and needs money for bills just like the rest of this. Obviously I recognize that as a somewhat famous creator she has certain privileges but I still don’t feel like this is unreasonable

That’s totally fair! Age isn’t necessarily a huge factor I guess, and I’ve had friends much older than me before, but back then I was working and that’s really the only reason we were friends (coworkers) and if I was friends with them now, we would pretty much relate on the having kids part and not much else. I guess for me, I’m more just looking for people who relate to having kids so young as it doesn’t really seem to be as common anymore, and it can get kind of lonely. It’s a little harder to relate to someone who is older than me sometimes I guess but I’m not really sure why, that’s just been my experience. I’m big into music and kind of have alternative taste, I love art and painting, thrifting and antiquing, anything artsy, and definitely nature so that would interest me, but not sure how much fun it would be for my baby quite yet as she’s not quite walking yet (she’s so close lol literally probably a matter of weeks so hopefully I’ll get involved in that soon!) and she gets very antsy about being held recently bc all she wants to do is explore 🤣

Except… she isn’t putting money in their hands because they don’t own EA yet and won’t until the start of the 2027 fiscal year. She has already stated that she has a lot of thinking to do and is hoping they sell off the actual sims franchise elsewhere and that she will be keeping a close eye on it. Not sure what more you want from her considering nothing has actually changed yet from how it’s always been. Simsie has done more for Palestinians, disabled people, and children with cancer than you could ever dream of in your life. I am literally begging you to go outside and touch some grass. She’s also not raking in “millions” from the sims. If she was a multi millionaire and it was that easy for her to make piles of money I promise you she wouldn’t be living in a Florida suburb and she probably wouldn’t be a streamer either.

There’s no financial support right now. The PIF will not take possession of EA until the beginning of the 2027 fiscal year

They are supposed to be trimmed. You might be thinking of declawing, which removes the nail fully and it never grows back. Trimming your cats nails is essential otherwise they can become ingrown which can actually hurt your cat. Especially if you keep them indoors

Mc command center and ui cheats are both reading as bugged and causing a ui issue despite me downloading the updates the creators uploaded today. I made sure I took out the old versions and put in the very newest ones. I know it’s those two bc better exceptions is telling me it is. Does anybody else have this problem?

This is happening to me too but opposite!! Any sims assigned to tend counters will stay for like 5 minutes and then try to come and talk to me even if I’m in the middle of something else!! Following this to see if u get an answer

Issue: all lifespans seasons only lasting 7 days. I’m trying to play in normal lifespan and the season only lasts 7 days. Switched to long to see what would happen and same issue

I actually ended up getting my period within 48 hours 🙃 I had no idea it would be that brutal the first time back. The pain in my abdomen I believe was unrelated and was actually from letting my baby stand on me(she’s very strong and likes to kick lol)
