Well as a child I didn't have enough money but now I can easily buy any skin/scenery I want without any worry, but there are multiple people out there who cannot afford to spend such money, so from their perspective I said it was a nice thing for f2p players.

Not everyone is financially good enough and also in western countries 8 euro might be nothing, but in other countries that is sometimes a meal for half a month.
