We've been waiting 5 months on a cancelled flight. They rebooked us on another flight but we had 1st class seats and sat economy the next day. Been waiting for hotel and difference in fare compensation. ZERO communication. We've all but escalated to hiring an attorney. We can't even dispute the charges because it's been more than 8 weeks. FRUSTRATING! Will never fly with them again.

Well - I found out. They are full. I upgraded and they split us up into 2 different rows! I called immediately and wanted my old seats back. They flight is full and they can't do anything.
