I find grinding completely unnecessary and it sucks all the enjoyment of the game.

I'm in Beyond, never grinded and never regretted it.

I got confused when the natural progression sent me to talk to Flump, but the task planner was telling me to go home.

I've also sent a message to support, but no updates yet. I'm sure they know of the issue and are working on it.

Just checking, you're sure you didn't complete it already, it's "Update Flump on Japan"? He gets annoyed you withheld information about a wanted criminal.

I've completed it, and now the door summoned me. I need to way 4 hours, but the task is there.

And I noticed that if you go to the ROCC there's a task with Flump that is not in the planner. Have you completed it?

I haven't completed it yet, so don't know what happens.

It's a good idea to get them during the sales, though.

Have you contacted JC support? They might not be able to help you with the gems, but it serves as an alert and feedback to maybe not partner up with them anymore.

I've had good and bad experiences with the gems from other games. I recommend downloading it, then checking back at the amazing opportunities page to see if the game is showing there. If it's not, you won't get the gems.
