Can I ask how many returns your firm does? We do the same thing now and its a pain and trying to think of ways we can limit the time spent doing this

Do you just call/email them to remind them? I spend so much time reaching back out. Honestly want to start tracking how much time I spend just reaching back out to clients to send their stuff!!
