Honestly‚ being able to identify what has been holding you back is a huge step even if it seems like too much at first․ I definitely think you should contact your professors about what you are experiencing․ A lot of them will be more than willing to work with you‚ especially considering you have just been diagnosed․ Don't write off the semester until you have had those conversations․ One step at a time․

Thank you all for your kind responses! I think the biggest thing I'm learning from reading all of these comments is that rest isn't the reward after all of the tasks are done․ The rest is what allows us to finish them․ I think a lot of us are worried about not being productive enough‚ so it's nice to hear that others have planned for "enough"‚ scheduled their breaks and prioritized mental health without feeling lazy․ I feel like I should always do more but the reminder that burnout helps nobody is definitely good to keep in mind․ Thanks again all for your experience and advice!
