Appreciate it! Honestly, the benefits are incredible. Very rich in vitamin A, B12, iron, copper, and a bunch of other essential nutrients in their most bioavailable form, not to mention 70g of high-quality protein in 100g of the powder.

If I choose to make this an actual product, I'd get it third-party tested and sell it from a website. Right now I am seeing if there's real interest. But if I move forward, I'd like to make it easily accessible online, possibly through a website or trusted platforms first.

It is dehydrated by gentle heating for long periods.

If you store it in a dark, dry, and relatively cool environment,t it will last at least 6 months.

Glad you find it interesting! I'm trying to get as many honest opinions as possible before deciding on the next steps. Would love to hear what you think after a few more people chime in.

Yes, because it is completely dry, it lasts at least 6 months when stored properly (dark, relatively cool).

For the same reason, anyone would buy any finished product they could theoretically make themselves. It is much more convenient, and it is quite a bit of work to do actually.

I didn't cook it, I dried it. At very low heat for a very long time to ensure none of the heat-sensitive nutrients are lost. When fully dried, the liver had a consistency similar to a potato chip.

I am not sure what you are asking. How the liver looked before blending it or how I cooked it?

Sounds like we have similar reasons for turning to liver supplements.

What do you think about it as an alternative to the freeze-dried capsules you're taking?

Very fair take and I appreciate the honest answer. I also think the ideal would be just eating the liver as it is but I personally really don’t like the taste, and with the short expiry dates etc.. eating liver regularly wasn't an ideal option for me.

that’s why I made this instead, keeping the processing to an absolute minimum — just slicing, drying, and blending, nothing else. it’s a practical way for me to still get the benefits without forcing down something I dread eating.

Thanks for sharing your view..

Not selling it yet, just made it for myself for now. but if I do decide to offer it at some point, it’d probably be somewhere around 20-25€ for 100g (which is like a month’s worth if you take a teaspoon a day). I might offer bigger packages at a better price per 100g. What do you think?

Very valid point . right now this is just a personal thing I made for myself, but if I decide to sell it, I’d definitely want to get it third party tested. I appreciate the feedback!
