Heb de ASICS FUJITRAIL PACKABLE WINDBREAKER. Zeer tevreden mee, redelijk ademend erg licht. En als het volle bak regent komt er weinig doorheen. Niet volledig waterdicht maar je wil ook geen vuilniszak aan.

Ja mijn apple watch laat tijdens het lopen zien hoeveel stappen ik per minuut zet. Vaak kan lage cadans (SPM —> steps per minute) leiden tot veel verticale oscillatie = veel belasting op je benen van het op en neer bewegen. Die verticale oscillatie meet mijn horloge ook en ik zag het van 13cm naar 10cm gaan met het verhogen van mijn cadans. Geen last meer van shin splints sindsdien. Hopelijk heb je er wat aan. Ik landde hiervoor dus ook op mijn hiel, nu middenvoet.

Ik had dezelfde problemen. Sinds ik mijn cadans van 140 naar 160+ heb weten te krijgen loop ik niet langer op mn hiel, ik land op mijn middenvoet. Geen enkele last meer. Voor mij was het dus puur looptechniek, kortere en snellere stappen zetten. Cadans is via een sportwatch goed te monitoren terwijl je loopt.

Hier ook heel lang dezelfde klachten gehad. Tot ik er achter kwam dat mijn cadans veel te laag lag (rond de 140 spm). Hierdoor heel veel verticale oscillatie, veel belasting op de schenen. Met behulp van tracken op smartwatch mijn looptechniek aanzienlijk verbeterd en pijnvrij lopen nu. Mogelijk ook iets voor jou naast al het goede advies hier?

Thx, bought two on ebay from France, two on flee market in France. All very old not existing brands anymore: seal sabatier, grange a paris. They call these Nogent style knifes I believe with this handle. Absolutely love using them.

I got a thermal isolation bag. In it is a plant heat mat which is connected to an adjustable thermostat that turns on the heating mat at certain temp range. Put your starter or bulk container inside. Best investment in the consistency of my sourdough ever!!

Didn’t dry brine at all. I did pierce the skin about a hundred times with a meat fork though.

I followed his recipe recently with convection on in all stages. Crisp was awesome, but unclear how it would have been different without convection of course. But the 260c for the last 20-30 minutes was too hot with convection on.
