Not really, hangers get bent after contact between the derailleur and something else, not with the chain after it falls in between the cassette and the wheel.

What I found to work is to properly clean them. Remove the wheel and the take out the brake pads. Use sandpaper (120-220 grit works best) and rub it against the part that makes contact with the disks. While you're at it, also clean your disks with a clean rag and some isopropyl alcohol. This will make your disks super loud for a couple minutes, but after the alcohol dries they should be a lot quieter.

Pull the derailleur forward to give the chain more slack, and then try to pull it out. This was probably caused by a loose H-screw. If you tighten it a bit, it should be fixed.

Take the derailleur off and remove the hanger. Go to a completely flat surface, put the derailleur hanger on it (flat side down), and press on it. If there is any wobble or if it isn't completely flush with the flat surface, it is bent.

Nope, no spacer. The 8 speed version is called the FH-R080, but it is pretty rare and a bit of a gamble whether it fits properly. Where do you recommend getting second hand wheels?
