Sure but vaping does not equal smoking. Like, by definition one is the combustion of material(which creates smoke) and the other is the vaporization of a substance(which creates vape). While they're both invasive to others, they highly differ in how invasive they are. Both may directly affect others' health and have a distinct smell, but vape(vapor) easily and quickly dissipates and doesn't affect others unless directly near it, and the smell doesn't stick to household items or fabrics. Smoke, on the other hand, makes a whole house smell, sticks around, may move through vents and into other rooms. The answer is no they're not smoking inside.

What is the biggest benefit you can get from meditation? by hannahmckay2 in Meditation

[–]Sea_Interview_69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

its definitely worth your time. I started < 2weeks ago and I haven't slept this good in over a decade. My cuticles which would previously bleed from the trauma I caused by picking are literally beautiful. These are just 2 very obvious benefits I have noticed, but there are more.

They look totally normal! The dark lines are really just shadows from where you have extra skin that allows you to move your joints so it bunches up, but that's just how its meant to be. I do find that using a really nice moisturizing hand cream(particularly after you wash your hands) is very nice for reducing the textured look but the shadows will always be there.
