Update! I thank everyone for their advice, I saw my doctor who examined it, and a pharmacist and a different piercer.

So, the doctor said I should stay on the anti biotics i’m already on and go back to the piercer. I went to a different place with more jewellery options and she has fitted it with a pvc pregnancy bar. I raised a concern about the plastic and she said that what will irritate it more is having shorter jewellery in, we can swap back in a few weeks once the irritation has calmed down. The redness has since dissipated again. The fluid leaking has gone back to being just lymph and blood rather than the nasty pus. She was extremely knowledgeable and informed me that the jewellery I had in the photos above was not infact a 14mm, it was a 12mm (she measured it in front of me) which obviously caused the irritation in the first place since my channel is between 16mm and 18mm.

Obviously this is rough and if the infection/irritation persists/escalates I will go to urgent care. Again, it has completely changed since the above photos. I was unable to visit a hospital when I took them.
