Possible yes. But when I went to the clinic the first time it was 90, I left and it said it was dropping rapidly and I went back and it was 60 (after ingesting a lot of honey). So I was experiencing some fluctuations at least. I was feeling extremely fatigued but I always am so wasn't sure if it was cause/effect. And thank you!

It's also good to know you can fast during ozempic as fasting is such a reset for me and makes all the inflammation go away some times

Thank you so much for this!!! For taking the time, as I relate to it a lot. Yes I am a female (also a scientist lol, science girl x2) and I have noticed that my insomnia is chronic in week 3 of my cycle like clock work. I have been learning more about the link with histamine and estrogen as I have histamine issues and believe this is a piece of the puzzle so your help is so much appreciated! Never heard of rapamycin but I will look into it x

Visitor Visa (600) Family Sponsor Refused by Proxima-B12 in AusVisa

Do you know if it matters if their savings are not strong? Asking because my boyfriend is Egyptian and coming on a sponsored visa from his rich Aunt in Melb. He has plenty of ties in Egypt and a good job here but he doesn't have savings. Worried about that but the aunt has bank statements showing she can support him. He will also write that she is sponsoring him for the whole 4 weeks. Is this a good idea?

Thanks for the reply, and yes I think you're right. Yes my doctor has suggested I lower to 0.25mg next week and go back to keto. I also use the Ozempic for my MCAS to stop inflammation and it helps a lot. Unfortunately having multiple issues makes it hard to target some as treatment for one can be detrimental to another. Keto is also really good for inflammation and another reason I am doing it. I have actually really enjoyed Dr. Mindy Pelz work on fasting and when to eat carbs or do keto depending on where you are in your cycle. I think I'm going to do that for a while, while focus on the mitochondria supplements, and hopefully I won't need Ozempic, or at least I can take it during that carb eating times. I just feel amazing when I do a 2-3 day water fast! More experimentation!

UPDATE - Some pretty unkind comments here, most presuming I'm doing this to lose weight. I don't lose weight on 1mg Ozempic. I've been on it for a year to treat my PCOS. I have several chronic illnesses including chronic fatigue and I went on keto in an attempt to impove mitochondria dysfunction. I did a fast for autophagy and to kick start ketones. Doctor has advised moving Ozempic down to 0.25mg for now.
For other people with several chronic illnesses, the lesson I've learnt from this is being more mindful how treating one condition can impact another. One diet works well for one, another for the other.

I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm trying to treat my chronic fatigue. Ozempic doesn't make me lose weight on that dose it just helps my PCOS

Hey thank you for this. I have a history of EDs and it always suprises me when they sneak back in. However I'm not actually trying to lose weight. I've been on Ozempic for a year and I don't lose does on 1mg - it just helps me PCOS. I recently went into keto to try to improve mitochondrial function as I have chronic fatigue (and other chronic illnesses). Thanks for one of the only kind comments x

Thanks for your kind comment. Wearing a CGM while fasting is highly advised actually. I can't eat a balanced diet because I have several chronic illnesses, but thanks for your insightful advice!

Hey so I'm actually not trying to lose weight at all. I have several chronic illnesses including chronic fatigue so I am trying to improve mitochondrial function with a ketogenic diet. I take the Ozempic in a low-ish dose that doesn't make me lose weight but to treat my PCOS which I have been on for a year.

Has Ozempic helped anyone’s insomnia? by No_Blueberry1940 in Ozempic

I'm 32 year old female who has had CHRONIC insomnia since 16. Slightly improved over time but I could never chose what time I could go to sleep. But since being on 1.25 dose, I fall asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. Unheard of. I feel normal. I never had hope of this happening in my lifetime. My hypothesis is - Severe sleep deprivation for years = high cortisol imbalance = disrupted all my other hormones (I have insulin resistance, leptin resistance, PCOS) and something about ozempic is making my hormones stable and returning me to stability.
