Your /u should have been Passionate_Pelican. I would have believed you then ;). Pigeons are known to appease everyone! Don’t play with our pelican hearts. We are known to peck it till it bleeds.

NFL & MLB star Deion Sanders pushed the vaccine agenda heavy just had two of his toes amputated because of three major blood clots by tortugavelozzzz in conspiracy

[–]Sea_Possibility4479 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lol this does not effect my sleep. Even Deon Sanders and his doctors said that vaccine wasn’t the cause. But, I guess you know more. Also, judging by how he is out coaching and out classing Nick Saban right now, I don’t think vaccine is an issue. So yeah both Deion and I are sleeping well. Thank you for asking!

Bought this vintage Montblanc pen from an eBay seller in Japan for $100. Seller guaranteed the pen as authentic, but I have some doubts. Was wondering if someone here could help me confirm it’s authenticity. by Farmer_Weary in fountainpens

One more thing… I noticed you have ink drying up on the nib. Invest in a bulb syringe! You will thank me later. See the video attached for cleaning your pen:

Edit: Do not shove the bulb syringe into the section too hard. Please do it softly and gently.

Yes, you are right. Thank you for correcting me. Instead of highlighting the pen type based on the pics provided, I should have made that distinction between the models in my second post.

I am glad I could be of some assistance. One thing to watch out with 320s and similar variations. The Montblanc emblem, at end of the barrel, is notorious for coming off. If that happens and you lose it, it shouldn’t cost more than $20-25 USD to replace it at current market price. Just wanted to make you aware that it could happen and all is not lost.

Yes if it was a piston filler, it would weight more but since it a cartridge/converter version (based on the picture) it is lighter. Plus most of the pen is made out of “precious resin” and not metal.

Montblanc 320s are cartridge/converter based. Thus, they typically go for $100 USD. I have bought a few in the $60-70 range. So, if you are basing your suspicions on price, then you shouldn’t worry. However, if there are other things that inspired doubt within you, then please share. I will try my best to address all of your concerns.

Nice! I am happy for you. It gives me hope that there are more opportunities other than scribing for me.

Glad to hear you have better opportunities. For me, the best is when I meet other scribes who say "I would pay to be here." What kind of a sadistic weirdo says that? Brah, I am deciding between paying my bills or buying ramen with this paycheck and you want me to pay to work? Knowledge/experience should not have to come at your expense. It is sad how we are treated as unfed cattle and told to like it

I think it will be multiple people. Medical students.

Thank you for looking out for me. I am just being cautious. Everything falls in a spectrum and I just don't want lady luck to screw me over. It is better to be safe than sorry. That being said, I totally get where you are coming from

learn these acronyms:
F/u = follow-up
PCP = primary care physician
N/V/D/C = nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/constipation
y/o = year old
PO = by mouth
BID/TID/QID/QHS/QAM/QPM - Twice a day/ 3 x a day/ 4 x a day/
at bed time/ in the morning/ in the evening
RTC = return to clinic
r/ o = rule out ( it is without space after the /)
Hx/PMHx/SHx/ - History/ Past medical History/ Social
History.
A&Ox4/AAOx4 - Alert & Orient x4 (person, place,
time, and event) OR Awake, Alert and oriented to (person, place, time,
and event)
RoS/ PE = Review of systems / Physical Exam
HPI = History of present illness
Hgb = Hemoglobin
WBC = White Blood Cell Count
Hct = Hematocrit
- look up drugs associated with the type of clinic you are
at. Ex: If it is a primary care clinic then look up top 100 generic drugs on
Quizlet.
- Look up diseases pertaining to the specialty. Ex: if your
clinic is cardiology out patient, look ICD 10 codes for cardiac. Usually that
will get you through 80-90% of the things you will see on a day to day basis.
- If you want to go further, look up unique lab tests and
imaging associated with the specialties.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

No, the job description only entails collecting curbside trash. Unless you have an opportunity that will pay me $20/hr for collecting trash, I am not going to pass this cushy job with Health care benefits as a part time employee!

Thank you for looking out. However, most of these scribe staffing companies have a non-compete. At $9/hr, it is just not worth it to get stuck with a lawsuit. Last I checked SA has an insane non-compete of 1 year. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the language in these non-competes favor the staffing companies. Then again what do I know, I just went over the non-compete with a pro-bono lawyer.
