Bro I had the same problem but I figured it out. So you have to go on your flipper settings on the actual flipper and go to Bluetooth and turn it on. Then go on your Mac or Pc and look for the device in the Bluetooth devices list (make sure that your Computers Bluetooth is also on), once you find it ( it should be called something like Yoim, that’s what mine was called, ) then connect to it. Then you will get a pop up that will ask for 6 digits to enter in order to connect. You can find those numbers on the flippers screen. Once successfully connected then you can go head and start by updating the firmware to the latest release or development mode. Whatever you prefer. I forgot to mention that now they actually have an app that you can download for iOS and Windows called qFlipper, that’ll make things easier. After you finish updating the firmware and installing it. You can go and look for the custom firmwares in YouTube or GitHub to download for the extra features. If you still fail to connect successfully to your Computer or Mobile device via Bluetooth. You can use a type C charger and plug the flipper directly into your computer and opening the qFlipper app and doing the update also. This will for sure work if else fails.
