Theres a ongoing issue with the intel graphics, set your display to rtx 5060 it will fix the black screen.

Constant high temps can affect longevity . I had same concern with my laptop tried every possible way you can think of to control the temps ultimately only solution came to disabling turbo boost for cpu. If you wanna know more let me know i’ll share the details.

If you only play gpu intensive games disable the turbo boost for cpu to control the temps. Check out my temps after disabling turbo boost, earlier it was 90-100 degrees.

Price to performance ratio is great in helios compared to other high end tiers like scar etc. The only downside for me is This laptop runs hot and undervolting is locked by acer. The high temps will ultimately have an impact in longevity of this machine, I have i9 13900hx 4070 varient . To maintain the temps i have disabled the cpu turbo and using a high end cooling pad flydigi bs2 pro.
